All About the Advantage Lifts Rolling Air Jack

All About the Advantage Lifts Rolling Air Jack

Hi, I'm Tony Weber, and today I'm excited to tell you about some of the accessories we have available for our Advantage LIFT 9000 series. Specifically, we're going to feature our rolling jacks, which allow you to raise either the front or rear of a car while it's on the lift. Imagine how convenient it would be to do a brake job - you can lift the car up off the track, raise the tires off the surface, and remove them using a jack that's incredibly sturdy, stable, and safe.

Two Track Options

We offer two different tracks for our rolling jacks. The first one I'll demonstrate is our air-assist jack, which features an air motor that powers the hydraulics to raise the lift. Operation is straightforward: you simply connect an air hose and push a button to raise the scissor jack, which has a impressive 4,500-pound capacity.

As the jack raises, you'll hear the locks clicking on the inside. There's a lock dog mechanism that ensures maximum safety - once engaged, you can lower the jack onto the locks, taking all pressure off the hydraulics. This creates a completely stable platform with no wobbling when your car is adjusted.

Easy Operation and Safety Features

To lower the jack, the process is similar to operating your lift: raise it slightly, open up the lock using the handle that moves forward, and then lower your jack down smoothly. One standout feature of this jack is its extremely low clearance - the drive-over height is just 3 inches, making it very convenient when positioning a vehicle.

Included Accessories

Our jacks come with several useful accessories:

  • Two dense foam pads that provide a barrier between your vehicle's frame and the metal jack when lifting from the center

  • Telescopic arms that can be extended to reach specific lifting points, perfect for vehicles like Corvettes where you need to access outside pucks behind the front tires

  • Multiple adapters, including a 2-inch adapter, a standard puck, and a 5-inch adapter for trucks and higher-clearance vehicles

Superior Mobility

While this jack weighs 365 pounds, we've engineered it for easy movement. Unlike competitors who use angle iron that can bind up, we've incorporated a rail system inside our lift with an axle and wheel design. This allows for smooth rolling motion from front to back of the lift. We've also included convenient storage for your adapters with a specially designed holder at the back of the jack.

Manual Option Available

For those who prefer a manual system, we offer the exact same jack with a hand pump mechanism instead of the air-assist feature. This red-colored manual pump operates like a Porter Power, allowing you to raise the jack through manual pumping rather than using air assistance.

Making Your Four-Post Lift More Versatile

Adding this rolling jack transforms your four-post lift into a complete working station. People often say they don't want a four-post lift because they can't remove tires, but with this jack, you can perform virtually any service operation you could do on a two-post lift. It truly expands the capabilities of your lift system and enhances your service capabilities.
